Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Bardstown Old Time Portraits provides themed photography sessions, including access to costumes, guided posing, and same-day image viewing and purchasing.

2. Payments

All purchases are finalized in person after the session. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

3. Image Delivery

All purchased prints and digital images are delivered same day. It is the customer’s responsibility to review selections before leaving.

4. Studio Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

5. Liability

Bardstown Old Time Portraits is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unclaimed items.

6. Animals

Animals are welcome but must be controlled at all times. Owners are fully responsible for their pets.
