At Bardstown Old Time Portraits, each session is a custom, same-day creative experience involving staff time, styling, and edited photography.

Because of the personalized nature of our services, all sales are considered final once a session has taken place and images have been produced.

Refunds are generally not offered; however, we understand that unique situations may arise. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refunds are not available for any missed, or no call/no show, appointments.
